The presentation includes audience participation and concludes with time for questions and discussion. \nBatya Katzir\, MOT\, is a registered occupational therapist specializing in sleep health. She has advanced postgraduate training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and evidence-based cognitive-behavioral interventions for sleep disruptions\, including recurrent nightmares. Through her private practice\, Over the Moon Occupational Therapy\, Batya helps adults improve their sleep using practical\, evidence-based strategies that fit into everyday life.
